Refund and Exchange Policy

At DURABODY USA, LLC, we stand firmly behind the quality of our Workout Accessories and Apparel. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your DURABODY USA purchase, we offer a straightforward refund or exchange process.

Refund and Exchange Procedure:

  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, kindly ship the product back to DURABODY USA within 30 days of your original purchase date.

  2. Product Condition: For a return or exchange to be eligible, the purchased products must be in their original, unused condition. Items must not be worn, stained, soiled, or damaged, and must be returned in their original packaging.

  3. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that shipping and handling fees from your initial order are non-refundable.

  4. Exclusions: Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

  5. Customer Responsibility: For all returns and exchanges to DURABODY USA Company, the customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping the product back to DURABODY USA Company.

  6. Refund Process: If you choose to return an item without exchanging it, we will credit the full value of the item to your original form of payment.

  7. Additional Charges for Size Upgrades: Please be aware that if you are exchanging for a larger size (e.g., from Large to 2XL or 3XL), there may be an additional charge. Our prices for 2XL and 3XL sizes are slightly higher. You can contact us to authorize charging your credit card for the price difference or include a check made out to DURABODY USA, LLC, for the difference amount.

Procedure for returning your Products: What happens if I ordered the wrong size and I need to send it in for a different size? What to do?

Answer is Simple: Re-package up your product. Make sure to include the original packing slip that came with your package. This will have your order info as well as your invoice number. Write on it that it was the “wrong size and you need a refund” or “wrong size and I would like to exchange for a different size” -make sure to specify correct size. Ship your product to:
