Here are some of the ingredients that I use.
-4oz Top Round Steak
-40 grams of instant white rice
-1 cup broccoli
-1.5 cups broccoli stir fry (great value brand from Walmart)
-1 Tbsp G Hughes Teriyaki Marinade
-⅓ Tbsp of Avocado or olive oil
I use top-round steak because it's cheaper, usually under $6 per pound.
- You are going to go ahead and heat the oil in the pan on high heat so we can sear the steak. Pat your steak dry with a paper towel and then salt. Sear both sides of the steak and then let cook through a bit more on each side.
- Once the steak is done, let it rest while we stir-fry the veggies in the same pan
- While the veggies are cooking, cook the white rice in the microwave
- Cut your steak into strips, and place it into the container with the rice and veggies. Top it with 1 tbsp of Teriyaki marinade and enjoy!
Now that you cooked up your meal prep for the teriyaki beef stir fry, you can go ahead and set it into the meal prep bag. You can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner all ready for the next day. It helps to try to make extra from your dinner and just use that for your next day's meal-prepped lunch. Now you are all set for success!
